Bill and Wendy – Cycling suits all ages and our tours are for everybody
Bill had his 86th birthday on tour, on Sicily this year. It was their 4th tour with us. Whilst in the Tuscan region, in 2013, we did a special detour for Bill, as he’s spent his life working as a stone mason, and loves it. The detour featured the marble quarries of Carrara.
This year Bill chose to ride an Ebike around Sicily, while Wendy kept with a traditional roadie. We’re unsure of Wendy’s age, probably somewhere between 40-80, and if you look at her style in the photo above, you’d be guessing in the lower realms. My point here is that cycling suits all ages, get along on one of our ‘Eat-Drink-Ride’ tours (see tours below), and get your parents along too. Ebikes make it possible for everybody. It will keep you young.
