Topbike Director: DAVID OLLE
David Olle has been involved in cycling for over 19
years, racing bikes from club to world levels,
along with mountains of road riding and touring. He
has written many stories and poems for different cycling
magazines and worked as a sports journalist at Sydney
2000 and Melbourne 2006 games. David has holidayed and
raced in Europe for the last sixteen years. Qualified in first aid, he is also
a level one coach and has managed the Australian MTB
Team at five World Championships.
Along with covering the Tours of France, Italy and Spain
for magazines, David Olle has supplied ‘special
comments’ for Melbourne and national radio stations.
He conceptualized and currently produces the TV show
'Cycling Sooty Park' for community TV stations in all the Australian capitals. He has worked and trained in customer service,
and has a good understanding of the Italian language.
David has raced Australian, Italian and Irish National
Championships, as well as ‘The hardest Mountainbike
event in the world’ the Crocodile Trophy in Far North Queensland as Phil Anderson’s team mate.
Topbike Physio: EMMA COLSON
Emma Colson, Physiotherapist to the Australian Women’s
Road Cycling Team for many years while they have been
based in Italy. Physio for the Australian Cycling Team
at the Olympic Games, Emma specialises
in bike set-up and positioning.
Emma is a competitive
cyclist who loves climbing, dining and coffee! Emma was the 2005
MTB XC Australian National Champion and represented Australia at the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games. |
